Although you go at your own pace, our professionals will motivate you to do more than you ever thought possible. The classes are fun, exciting, and different from anything else you’ve ever tried. These classes are tailored specifically for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, so everyone can attend.

In addition to your regular Lean & Fit classes, you have the option to participate in our 20/20 Super Charged Fitness. This intensive 20 day program is not for everyone. It is geared to fast weight loss of up to 20 lbs. and requires commitment to a rigorous exercise and nutritional regimen.

From an initial complete Body Composition Analysis, we will recommend a plan of exercise and nutrition designed specifically to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Journal Review

After every lean and fit class a staff member is available to review your nutrition journal. Journal reviews are designed to keep you on track and help you meet your health and fitness goals.
